What's In My Makeup Bag | Shop My Stash Style! ♡ | Spring 2019

Hey everyone! Today I decided to share what's my current makeup bag. These products are ones that I decided to shop my stash for. If your unfamiliar with Shop my stash I will clue you in on what it is. Shopping your stash is when you pick products out of your collection to use for a period of time. A lot of people do this on a weekly or monthly basis in order to get use out of their full collection. As someone who has a larger collection I like doing stuff like this because it allows me to use the variety of my collection. On top of shopping my stash I also have project pan products which are products that I want to use up in 2019. If you want to know more about project panning let me know in a comment, and I would be happy to do a post on that as well.

Shop My Stash | What's in my current makeup bag!

This is my makeup Bag. I got it at target a few years ago and I love it. I don't know if they sell this exact one, but if I can find this exact one, or a similar one I will link it here (not exact one, but this is the kind of makeup bag I would get if I need one. it's spacious, but also has room for brushes!)

I just want to say before I show everything that at college I don't wear makeup on an everyday basis. I don't have much time to get ready in the morning, but I have my makeup with me for weekends when I go out (which again is rare). I love wearing makeup when I can though. so what's in this bag let's dive into it!

Primers!

I brought 3 of my go to primers with me

I love this primer! It's my favorite for sure at the drugstore & probably my fav in general. It is only $5 and is so amazing. I love a glow so this primer is one I always have with me.

My mom recently got this in her sephora play box and she passed it along to me. I've been testing it out and I like it. I use it lightly around my pores and nose. I mainly use it for when I wear glasses. I find it helps my foundation from sticking to my glasses which is a major plus. This mini size retails for $14 and I think it's worth it if you've been dying to try this product.

I love this primer! I often use it with the dewy one because it's hydrating, and those two mixed together hydrates my skin while also giving my skin a glow. This primer is $34, but I think it is definitely worth it.

Foundations!

I have two foundations that I brought with me. I usually have two because I like to switch it up, but also because I like to mix most of my foundations. Funny enough these are both foundations from L'oreal.

I love this foundation I actually reviewed it  on my youtube channel as well, but that video won't be going live until April 19th. so keep your eyes peeled. I love this foundation because it's lightweight and natural. I use a couple pumps of this and I'm good to go. Honestly it's so lightweight that when I wear this I often forget I'm wearing foundation. This foundation generally retails for $12 dollars which I love. I like to save my money where I can.

This foundation has to be one of my favorites. it's a glowy foundation and it's my favorite to mix with other foundations. It's generally light weight and medium to full coverage. I love this one and that's really all I can say about it. It retails for $10 at most stores.

concealer!

I tend to stick to just one concealer because I find that's all I need. My base products are where I stick to what I love.

I recently picked up this concealer because I was out of my good to concealer (which I was tired of!) and I wanted to try something new. I picked this elf one up because I heard a lot about it and for the price of $5 I thought why not. After using this concealer for a few weeks I'm obsessed with it. I think it's the closest dupe to Tarte shapetape. A little really goes a long way with this one and I find I don't really have to set it. Love it!

Powder!

Powder is again something that I stick to one!

I love this powder. It reminds me of a lot of high end ones. This powder has also lasted a long time. I really only set my eye area so I'm not picky with my powders. I love this one, but since I'm trying to transition into using more cruelty free products I will need a new powder soon. What are your favorites let me know in a comment? This is amazing for the price of $8 though.

Blushes/Bronzer

I have an assortment of bronzers and blushes from several palettes, and I also have one in my project pan (this pics will be at the end of this post!)

My go to ones are in this palette though!

I love The Rocketeur blushDandelion blushCoralista blushhoola bronzer, and Dallas bronzer is ok, but I think I love more for mixing. I'm trying to pan this because I find I have my go to blushes, and I find palettes are just something I don't like for everyday.

Eye primers!

I have a few because both of these have different purposes.

NYX glitter primer
This is perfect to add to lid to make shimmer eyeshadows more pigmented. this is a staple for me, and is something I always like to have on hand especially for those going out kind of nights.

Urban Decay eyeshadow primer
I like this stuff. I've used it for years, but I don't think it's worth the $20. Actually I never pay full price for this. I usually get this when it's on sale, and a tube lasts me years. Honestly a lot of the time I will use concealer and powder to prime, and set my lids. I'm trying to use this primer up. I do think eye primers work, but spending over $10 on them isn't worth it.

Brows

I'm not picky when it comes to my brows. I'm very lucky to have thicker brows so my brows don't need much help. I love this brow gel because it's $3 and worth it. It adds fibers to your brows and it's a staple for me.

Eyeshadow!

Eyeshadow is where I don't mind spending my money. I'm all for a good quality eye shadow palette. I have 3 palettes here 2 are high end, and one is affordable. I think their all amazing. I have 3 with me because I'm panning one, and the other two are for variety.

This is my pan that palette for this year. I don't like this palette, but I'm making it work. What I like about this palette is that along with eyeshadow, there is also some blushes, bronzers, and highlights. I usually mix this palette with some of the other ones that are in my collection. I cant link this palette because it was limited edition. Too Faced has a lot of palettes that are similar to this one though.

The Colourpop " it's my pleasure" palette

This palette is amazing for $12 and I love bringing it with me because this speaks going out. I also love this for day wear too, but I don't know theres something about this palette that screams I'm going out tonight! I love my purples too!

I love this palette which oddly enough when I received this for Christmas I wasn't expecting. All the colors are gorgeous. I mean I don't love the bloom shade in the palette. I honestly think it's a random color for the palette, but other than that the colors are gorgeous. I love this for my dramatic looks, but also the simple ones.

Glitter

I love glitter! It adds a pop to any look. It especially looks good for a night out. My favorite are these two from stilla because it requires no glitter glue.

These two are the Stilla Glitter & glow in smokey storm & Diamond dust

These are mini's, but I think they are 100% worth getting the full size.

Setting sprays

Setting spray is something that is vital for my looks. I use it to refresh my face, but also to add pigment to highlight or eyeshadows depending on my mood.

I don't think this setting spray is worth the money, but I was gifted this so I'm trying to use it up. I honestly think the drugstore has a lot of amazing setting sprays.

I love this setting spray mainly because it can be used for literally anything. I love prepping my skin with it, but also setting my face with it to give a natural glow.

Highlights!

Highlight is my favorite part of makeup. I know nobody is surprised since I've said repeatedly that I love a good glow. Here are ones that i've brought with me.

I love this highlight, but I think for me it's best mixed with a deeper highlight. It is super pretty, but with a golden highlight oh man that's a beaming highlight. This ones amazing for $5 & just in general.

This highlight is one that is talked about by many, and for a good reason because it's amazing. This is probably the smoothest highlight I've ever worn. It's so amazing, and when it's back in stock you better pick yourself up one. I have a mini from an old Birchbox, but it's amazing enough for the full size.

This highlight is gorgeous which is why I'm confused to why they wouldn't just make it permeant. It's gorgeous. Honestly it's one of my favorite highlights. It's the perfect golden champagne and I love it.

Mascara's

Mascara's is always something that changes for me. I always use 2 because I like both a rubber and natural bristle wand.

Currently I'm using the Clinique high impact lash elevating mascara and the Marc Jacobs Velvet noir mascara. I love both of these and they give me lots of length and volume.

Lip products

I love a variety of lip products from bullet lpsticks to comfy liquid lipsticks to lip glosses! I also have a fair amount of lip products in my project pan.

This is my fav liquid lipstick. It is so comfy and is such a pretty pinky nude color.

I love this gloss. it's a nude and a little plumping, but not a crazy plump. it's great for topping any lipstick off.

I love this color it's more of a beige nude and is perfect. I love this for any look.

I love this nude color. it's my favorite for any look and I pretty much always have it on me.

This last product is from colourpop and is there ultra blotted lip that I've been testing out, but this color is no longer available.

Lastly these are some project pan products that I try and incorporate into my daily routine as well. I try to get a good use out of all makeup, and panning is just how I do that.

Anyways everyone! This is everything I've included in my makeup bag and everything I shopped from my stash. I hope you enjoyed reading this.
