My Favorite Birthday Memories!
Hey everyone and welcome to day 4! Today I wanted to reflect on my favorite birthday memories! I have always loved my birthday. I love that it is a special day, and not even just for me, but for my mom to. I mean she did birth me. Anyways these are my best memories, but let me just say there are so many memories I have. These are in no particular order!
1. My first sleepover party!
I remember for my 11th I believe it was birthday party, my mom let me have a sleepover party with a few of my closest friends. My 3 best girl friends who happened to just live in my neighborhood came over. I remember making DIY pillow cases. My mom was big on us doing craft type things at parties, and we loved it as well. I remember at one point in the party I was drinking soda, laughing, and the soda came right out of my nose. This has to be a funny memory that is just replaying in my brain over and over.
2. Gymnastic birthday party!
A lot of the time growing up my brother and I would have combined parties since our birthdays were days apart. I remember this party pretty well. We had it at a local gymnastic studio. I remember how fun it was tumbling around and having a grand old time. I also remember jumping into this huge foam pit. This place also said that a lot of time people would loose stuff in the pit so if we found anything we were allowed to keep it.
3. My 13th birthday trip to the mall.
When I got older my mom let me have a private party with a few friends. This time I invited my close neighborhood girls. We went to the mall. We got our nails done, went to a movie, and had dinner. It was so fun from what I remember. At 13 we thought the movie theatre was huge. I remember being the only ones in there so we ran around the theatre. It's a memory I can't forget.
4. Pool parties!
I remember when we were younger, a lot of the time we would have pool parties. We would invite friends and family. We hung out by the pool. It was always so fun because I mean who doesn't love the pool. I know I do even to this day. I remember even one year it raining and well we just kept swimming. Rain really does make a pool party even more fun.
5. One of my top memories would probably be when we got our first cheesecake factory. I asked my parents if we could eat out there. So we did. We got dinner and after got cheesecake. I remember getting the smores because that's my all time favorite. I also remember them writing happy birthday on the cake which was very special.
There are so many memories from where this came from. I'm very blessed to have an amazing family who makes every birthday amazing! Be sure to comment your birthday stories bellow! I'd love to hear about it. Always be sure to subscribe for more blogs at the top of the page and follow me all over my socials the buttons are the bottom of the page!
