Billie Razor Review
First off I want to give you a background on Billie. The company was created because they noticed how women are often overpaying for razors. For me, I know that is something I relate too because I found even when I bought the inexpensive razors that I would go through one a week. They did not last a long time. Billie allows women to shave, but at a better price. Billie razors are formulated without sulfates, parabens, formaldehydes, GMOs, drying alcohols, synthetic dyes, fragrances, cheap foaming agents, unstable silicones or BHT.
What a Billie shipment includes
A Razor starter kit is $9 which comes with your base razor (which comes in several different colors) The razor also comes with a magnetic hanging system to hang your razor in the shower, 4 blades and you can choose when to get your shipment of new blades. You can choose to get your shipment every month, every two months, or even every 3 months. Delivery dates can also be pushed off depending on your shaving needs and how often you need new blades.
On top of the standard razor starter kit, you can add on items to your package such as a razor cover which is amazing for travel (retails for $5) A shave cream for $12, A lotion also for $12, and several other select products.
Why I love Billie
There are several things That I love about my Billie! It has this gel stuff at the top of the blade which can feel sticky I will admit, but it is also moisturizing. To get rid of the weird texture though I just wash my body after.
I love how smooth of a shave I can get with Billie. I find that it gives such a clean shave since it has five blades all in one razor head. It makes my body feel so smooth. I also find that compared to a traditional razor Billie lasts a lot longer. I can usually go a month and a half before switching to a new blade.
I also love how it has the magnetic holder for the wall because it allows the razor to dry and it gives it a place to hold before shaving again.
You might be wondering, Katie why do you recommend Billie? I recommend it because Billie is affordable 4 blades for 3 months is so worth it. They are long-lasting. Of course, that depends on the person and how often they chose to shave, but for me, I shave a few times a week and I find I hardly go through the 4 blades in 3 months. And honestly, you can't get a better shave than Billie!
